Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team as part time to start with the potential for full time later. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate dispensing of medications and providing excellent pharmaceutical care to our patients.
Duties
Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
Provide consultation to patients on proper medication use and potential side effects
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care
Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff
Maintain accurate patient records and medication inventory
Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations

Skills
Required:
Active pharmacist license in British Columbia
Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and side effects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications
Nice-to-have:
Experience with pharmacy management systems
Immunization certification
Prior experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting
