Grande Prairie Wheaton Chevrolet is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our Service Advising team!
The advisor is responsible for taking care of customers coming in for vehicle related concerns, informing them of services required to maintain their vehicles according to GM warranty guidelines. They act as the liaison between the customer & the auto technician regarding the required vehicle maintenance & repairs.
We are looking for an individual possessing the following attributes:
· robust customer relation skills
· excellent listening & communication skills
· energetic with the ability to multitask in a sometimes chaotic atmosphere while maintaining a skilled & courteous composure
· computer literate
· self-motivated, working well with others or independently
· friendly disposition and able to converse effectively
CDK / Dealership experience is a definite asset!
