We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and technically focused individual with a minimum of 8 years architectural experience to join our Toronto office. The ideal candidate will have well-rounded architectural experience and a demonstrated passion for technical excellence in design. The ideal applicant will have a passion for producing outstanding contract documents in a BIM workplace, extensive knowledge in building envelope construction, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, very positive organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a busy office.

The salary range for this role is $90,000.00 - $130,000.00.

Key Responsibilities
Architectural detailing and documentation on projects in collaboration with the project architects and team members
Developing and coordinating construction documents, including alignment with codes, standards and specifications
Close coordination with engineering consultants
Prepare architectural models and drawings using Revit and other modeling software
Other duties as necessary

Qualifications
Demonstrated pursuit of excellence in design
Degree in architecture, architectural engineering or architectural technology
Advanced level of experience and skill in utilizing Revit
Knowledge of high-performance building envelope construction
Experience preparing design and construction documents for institutional and residential projects. Contract Administration experience is considered an asset.
Ability to work in a team workplace
