Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping experience
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits and upselling opportunities
Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences
Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked and attractive
Manage inventory levels and assist with merchandising strategies to maximize sales
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Support store operations by adhering to company policies on cashiering, cash handling, and time management
Promote special offers, new products, and promotional campaigns effectively

Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales,



preferably in technology or related fields
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers effectively
Bilingual abilities (English plus additional language) are a plus
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for transactions
Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and technical sales is desirable
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Strong phone etiquette, time management skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
