We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Painter to join our Paint Department. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and finishing manufactured equipment to a high-quality standard, ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets our reputation for durability and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
Prepare equipment and parts for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting surfaces.
Apply primer and finish coats using spray painting equipment.
Ensure consistent paint quality, color, and finish.
Perform touch-ups and minor rework as required.
Maintain paint equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
Previous industrial or automotive painting experience is preferred.
Experience with spray painting equipment and paint preparation techniques.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to read and follow work instructions.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
