National Process Equipment (DXP Natpro) is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Technical Service Specialist) for our Edmonton, Alberta Service Center.
This is a technical role, where you will be engaged with the customers and shop to facilitate Rotating Equipment.
Responsibilities include
Working with an experienced team of technicians and service providers.
Ensuring complete and accurate work orders, reports, and quotes.
Delivering complete and accurate scope of inspection and repair.
Providing the complete and accurate repair plan.
Supporting problem solving for the shop team.
Ensuring the quality of work, compliance, and timelines to our customers.
Requirements
At least 5 years experience servicing and repairing Rotating Equipment.
