Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a rapid-paced workplace. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS. You will not be considered for this position if you are unable to work Saturdays.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing orders and payments efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.




Assist with training new staff members in bartending techniques and customer service standards.
Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.

Skills
Proven experience in food service or bartending is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Familiarity with POS systems for productive order processing.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
Knowledge of hospitality best practices within a restaurant setting.
Understanding of food safety standards to ensure health compliance.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff alike.
