We are currently seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to join our team as a Job Scheduler to help coordinate and manage our job schedules across the province for our technical team.

Position Overview:
As a Job Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring our technicians and customers are well-coordinated and our operations run smoothly. Based in St. John’s, you will work closely with our customers, as well as our teams in both St. John's and Corner Brook, to schedule and manage jobs across Newfoundland. You will ensure that all jobs are scheduled at least one week in advance and that any changes or issues with the schedule are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate job schedules across Newfoundland, working with both the Mount Pearl and Corner Brook offices.
Communicate with customers to confirm job details and ensure smooth scheduling.
Manage job schedules, ensuring all technicians are scheduled at least a week in advance.




Address any scheduling issues that arise and make adjustments as needed.
Regularly touch base with technicians to check the status of ongoing jobs and update customers as necessary.
Proactively identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of job schedules, reschedules, and customer communication.

Qualifications:
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, or a related field is an asset.
Familiarity with scheduling software or systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of the Newfoundland region and the ability to coordinate across multiple locations is preferred.
