Responsibilities
Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Serve customers at the counter with a friendly, qualified attitude
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
Manage cash transactions accurately, providing correct change and receipts
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and robust communication abilities
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures
Experience in food preparation, serving, or kitchen operations is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
