An ideal Budtender candidate will have experience in:
regulatory compliance;
customer service;
inventory management;
cash management; and
general retail knowledge.

a willingness to learn;
robust attention to detail; and
an ability to work alone and/or part of a team.
QCW and Sell-Safe Qualifications are mandatory before starting as a Budtender.
