About the Role
We’re hiring a Front of House Culinary Supervisor to lead and support our dining room operations while partnering closely with our culinary and service teams. This role is ideal for a hands-on, guest-focused leader who thrives in a busy, high-energy environment and keeps standards high from open to close.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise front-of-house operations with a culinary-minded, service-forward approach
Lead and coach FOH team members to ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences
Oversee daily service flow: seating, timing, order accuracy, and communication
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service during peak hours
Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution
Monitor cleanliness, side work completion, and station readiness
Support training, shift coverage, and performance standards
What We’re Looking For
Prior supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
High standards for cleanliness, organization, and guest service
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed)
