Responsibilities
Operate heavy machinery and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble window and door components with accuracy and efficiency
Use hand tools and welding equipment to join materials securely, ensuring durability and quality
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide fabrication processes
Conduct machining tasks such as drilling, grinding, and polishing to achieve precise dimensions
Assemble window frames, door panels, and related hardware following established procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouse or manufacturing floor to promote safety and productivity




Perform routine inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards before packaging

Requirements
Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in manufacturing or construction environments
Ability to operate forklifts, heavy equipment, and warehouse machinery safely (certification preferred)
Skilled in machining, welding, assembly, and the use of various hand and power tools
Prior experience working with windows or doors fabrication is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and manufacturing processes
Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics accurately
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks reliably

Pay: $20.25-$35.03 per hour
