Our small, private owned dental practice is seeking a Part Time Dental Receptionist. Must be able to work independently and perform all dental reception task.
Minimum of 1 Year Experience Required
Office Hours:
Monday - 10am - 6pm
Tuesday to Thursday - 9:00am - 5pm
Duties:
Greet patients in a skilled and friendly manner
Answer phone calls & email inquiries
Verify insurance coverage, submit and manage pre-auths efficiently
Schedule appointments and maintain patient records using Maxident
Collect patient payment and insurance remittance
Qualifications:
1 year experience as Dental Reception
Experience with Maxident is strongly preferred
Knowledge of Dental Terminology & Treatment
Strong communication skills with attention to detail
Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
