Responsibilities
Assist experienced mechanics with vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance tasks
Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform repairs and assembly work
Follow schematics and technical manuals to understand vehicle systems and components
Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks required for vehicle servicing and parts installation
Support the team in vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
Learn about dealership processes, customer service standards, and automotive repair best practices
Requirements
Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive environments is a plus
Basic mechanical knowledge with an eagerness to learn more about automotive systems
Experience using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Strong interest in automotive repair, maintenance, and assembly work
Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or team members
