Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, utensils, dishes, glassware, and equipment through thorough washing and sanitizing
Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision to support the culinary team
Support food service operations by ensuring timely delivery of clean dishes and maintaining organized dishware stations
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
Help with restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and managing waste disposal efficiently




Support the kitchen team during busy periods by providing additional assistance as needed
Adhere to health and safety regulations to promote a protected working environment for all staff

Qualifications
Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is preferred but not required
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Basic understanding of kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking support roles
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards hospitality service
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
