Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in our kitchen. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment will contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Duties:
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
Assist in the cooking process by following recipes and instructions from the head chef
Ensure that all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times

Skills:
Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook is preferred
Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment




Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
