Your Recent Role Reporting Directly to the VP of Property Management, the General Manager will provide day-to-day oversight and direction for a retail mall in Chilliwack.

This role will oversee property management, operations, financial management, marketing initiatives as well as staffing and people leadership for the property.

As the main representative for the property, you will develop and maintain robust interpersonal relationships with ownership,



tenants, contractors, and vendors, not to mention themunity that this mall services.

What youll need to succeed The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of retail property management.

The ideal candidate has: 5+ years in retail Property Management preferably on retail ormercial portfolios. BCFSA Rental Management License or working towards.

Experience using Angus, Yardi, and Keyscan are assets.

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis What youll get in return Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 Discretionary bonus up to 25%. 4 weeks vacation.
