Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces
Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to achieve high standards of cleanliness
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and sanitize surfaces regularly to maintain hygiene standards
Dispose of trash and recyclables properly while ensuring waste areas are kept tidy
Follow health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or contamination
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
Maintain cleaning schedules and record completed tasks for accountability
Qualifications
Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial settings
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of commercial cleaning equipment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards
Solid attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
