Clearway is seeking a Bid & Proposal Manager in Canada to lead planning, development, and submission of major infrastructure proposals. You will work with executive leadership, estimating, operations, engineering, and external partners to present competitive, compliant submissions.
Reporting to the Vice-President, Alternative Procurement, you will oversee governance, schedules, and content, building solid client-focused proposals from chance to handover.
