Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
Operate POS systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments
Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity
Provide product demos and upsell items to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain merchandising displays to ensure an attractive shopping environment
Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
Ensure accurate transaction records and assist with inventory organization when needed
Uphold excellent communication skills to foster positive customer relationships





Skills
Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially bilingual proficiency in English and other languages
Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and active listening
Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales preferred
Familiarity with POS systems and basic math for cash handling and transaction processing
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks seamlessly
Ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively to enhance sales performance
Excellent phone etiquette and time management skills for efficient customer interactions
Knowledge of merchandising principles to maintain appealing store displays
