Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various products and components, ensuring high-quality standards and a polished appearance. Your mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and understanding of safety protocols will be essential to your success. Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
Mix paints, stains, and coatings accurately according to specifications using basic math skills
Apply paint and finishes using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other power tools with precision and consistenc
Perform routine inspections of painted surfaces for quality control, ensuring smooth,



even coverage without drips or blemishes
Maintain a clean work area by properly storing tools and disposing of waste materials in accordance with safety standards
Collaborate with assembly and machining teams to coordinate finishing processes within lean manufacturing principles

Qualifications
Proven experience in painting
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and basic math for mixing paints and measuring surfaces
Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity and steady hand skills
