Your role will include assessment and intervention for clients in mental health and substance use programs, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to foster a supportive setting. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs
Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
Work with agencies to enhance service delivery
Document and analyze client progress and outcomes
Educate staff on best practices in rehabilitation strategies

Requirements:
Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals
Two years of recent, relevant experience
Valid B.C. Driver's License and personal vehicle
Solid understanding of current rehabilitation practices
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
