About the Role We are seeking an experienced and team-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to join our growing team.

In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between key business stakeholders and technical execution teams (Architects, Developers, Administrators) to translate complex business challenges into scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will lead business process discovery, requirements gathering, backlog grooming, and user story generation to maximize the value of our Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).

Key Responsibilities Requirements Elicitation & Analysis Facilitate discovery sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to capture business processes, pains, and functional requirements.

Translate business needs into explicit, structured deliverables, including process flows, data models, user stories, acceptance criteria,



and technical specifications.

Conduct gap analysis comparing current-state processes against Salesforce native capabilities to promote standard/out-of-the-box solutions before custom development.

Solutioning & Backlog Management Partner with Product Owners, Salesforce Architects, and Developers during sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions.

Define MVP scope, prioritize backlog items, and manage change requests throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Perform declarative Salesforce configurations (e.g., custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards) as needed to support business analysis and prototypes. eye
