Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure
Assist with organizing and supervising recreational activities, games, and events tailored for children and families
Handle guest inquiries, provide information about clubhouse amenities, and address any concerns promptly
Manage cash handling duties accurately during food service transactions or merchandise sales
Support food service operations by preparing snacks or beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety standards




Enforce safety protocols within the clubhouse to ensure a secure environment for all visitors
Collaborate with team members to keep the clubhouse clean, organized, and inviting at all times
Light cleaning

Experience
Prior experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting is highly preferred
Strong public speaking skills to communicate effectively with guests of all ages
Proven customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Experience in guest services or hospitality roles demonstrating excellent interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic food service operations
Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and evenings as needed
Enthusiasm for creating fun, engaging environments that promote community and well-being
Must have a Alberta valid Pro serve

Pay: $15.00-$16.50 per hour
