Efes Turkish Cuisine is looking for an experienced Server / Bartender to join our team.
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and professional team member who can provide excellent customer service, take food and drink orders, prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, and help create a welcoming dining experience for our guests.
As part of our front-of-house staff, you will create a welcoming setting for our guests while delivering exceptional food and beverage service. We value professionalism, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area
Process payments and handle cash or POS transactions responsibly
Follow all food safety, alcohol, and workplace health guidelines
Work closely with teammates to ensure a smooth dining experience
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender or server in a restaurant/bar
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
Basic knowledge of cocktails, wine, and mixology (asset)
Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
