Kem-A-Trix Inc. is a specialty chemical and lubricant additive manufacturer serving clients across a range of industries. We are a small but growing team focused on quality, safety, and precision in every batch we produce. As we continue to expand, we’re looking to add a "Production Assistant I" to our production facility.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in the production of finished products following written & verbal blending instructions
· Fill drums, pails, and other containers with raw materials as needed
· Prepare outbound shipments, including palletizing and labeling
· Communicate with the Operations team to ensure production priorities are met
· Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment during tasks
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
Good stamina and ability to lift up to 25 kg regularly
Valid Forklift License (Or Ability to procure one within 30 days of start)
Steel-Toe Work Boots
Comfortable working on your feet on the production floor for most of the shift
Willingness and ability to wear gloves, goggles, and face masks for extended periods when required
A valuable command of the English language (Written & Oral)
Basic computer skills (e.g., spreadsheets, email, file browsing)
Basic math skills
Solid attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
· Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is an asset, but not required.
