Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Medical Spa Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and ensure an outstanding experience for our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the success of a growing clinic while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staff coordination, and patient flow to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction
Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team
Inventory
Oversee patient appointments, consultations, and treatment procedures ensuring compliance with safety protocols and medical standards
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs) using systems such as Dentrix or similar software
Develop and monitor budgets, control expenses,



and optimize resource allocation to support clinic growth
Ensure all staff are trained in medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and clinic policies for smooth operations
Collaborate with medical professionals to implement new treatments and services aligned with industry best practices

Skills
Proven experience managing a medical spa with strong supervisory skills
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems such as Zenoti or equivalent platforms
Knowledge of medical aesthetics
Experience in human resources functions including hiring, training, and staff development
Budgeting expertise to manage clinic finances effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
