Job Summary

We are seeking an Environmental H&S; Specialist for a direct hire chance with a consumer packaged goods manufacturing organization in Burlington, ON. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for a health, safety, training, and environmental professional who enjoys working closely with operations teams to strengthen workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct facility inspections, support regulatory compliance, and maintain readiness for ISO audits.




Participate in incident investigations, lead root cause analysis, and help implement corrective actions.
Develop and deliver safety training for recent hires, contractors, and current employees.
Conduct Job Hazard Analysis, ergonomic assessments, and safety inspections of the site and equipment.
Maintain safety metrics, incident reports, environmental records, and site environmental aspects and impacts.
Collaborate with supervisors, employees, and the Health and Safety Committee to identify hazards and improve safety culture.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
Direct hire prospect.
Full-time, in-office role located in Burlington, ON.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
