You will manage data integrity across various compensation templates, conduct detailed analyses, and provide insightful reports to HR and executive audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain recurring workforce and compensation reports
Ensure data accuracy in compensation templates
Assist in employment equity reporting and analytics
Provide support for compensation programs and budgeting
Work on process improvements using automation tools
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in HR or Business Administration
5 years of relevant HR experience
Highly proficient in Excel; Power BI expertise a plus
Solid analytical abilities and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
