Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to lead engaging and informative tours for our guests.

Responsibilities
Conduct guided tours of various locations, providing insightful commentary and answering questions from participants.
Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
Create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests and fostering a positive experience.
Manage time effectively to adhere to scheduled tour itineraries while allowing for flexibility as needed.
Collaborate with team members to enhance tour offerings and share best practices.

Skills
Solid public speaking abilities to confidently address groups of varying sizes.




Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and handle inquiries or concerns professionally.
Time management skills to maintain schedules while accommodating guest needs.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and engagingly.
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus. (English, Cantonese, Mandarin)
