We are hiring a Universal Caregiver/Medication Tech for our 3rd shift team. This role requires assisting with daily living activities, administering medications per care plans, and maintaining a comforting setting for our residents. Effective communication and a compassionate nature are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities and transfers
Administer medications according to state guidelines
Perform light housekeeping duties for residents
Maintain open communication with all stakeholders
Respond calmly to residents’ needs during the shift

Requirements:
CNA or AL Medication Tech certification is a plus
Previous experience in caregiving preferred
Robust communication skills and team orientation required
Reliable attendance and genuine passion for elder care
Ability to work independently at night
