Arcadis is seeking a Senior Engineering Lead to join their Mobility Global Business Area in Western Canada. This position requires deep technical knowledge in structural engineering, particularly in bridges, with at least 12 years of hands-on project experience.
Your leadership will be integral in mentoring a dedicated team and championing creative designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the execution of bridge and structural design projects
Guide and support the development of engineering solutions
Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary project teams
Ensure adherence to client standards and industry regulations

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
P. Eng. designation eligibility in BC or Alberta is required
Over 12 years of experience in relevant projects
Familiarity with structural analysis and design software
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
