Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of over 90 full time staff and 60 Auxiliaries
Administer a significant operating budget of $90 million
Develop community communication and crisis management strategies




Coordinate human resources functions including training and safety
Advise City Council on strategic community safety matters

Requirements:
Degree in Public Safety or equivalent experience
Minimum five years in a leadership role
Familiarity with RCMP legislation and community safety policies
Effective strategic planning and change management capabilities
Valid BC Driver’s License and RCMP Enhanced Security clearance
