Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will manage program operations aimed at providing quality experiences for participants. Your role encompasses staff recruitment, supporting families, and coaching teams on autism-informed practices. This coordination fosters a nurturing workplace for community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and supervise program staff and volunteers
Build respectful relationships with families throughout the program
Lead training for staff on autism-informed communication
Oversee program delivery and participant engagement strategies
Coordinate documentation and program quality monitoring
Requirements:
Education or experience in autism services or related field
Hands-on experience with autistic children or youth highly preferred
Understanding of neurodiversity-affirming practices and support strategies
Proven track record in program coordination and staff management
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Drive impactful change through effective programming for the OSEG Foundation and its community.
