Key Responsibilities:
Lead initiatives to improve Procurement governance and processes
Assess impacts and engage with key stakeholders
Prepare business units for successful implementation
Create and implement role-based competency frameworks
Develop high-quality training materials and guides
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields
Over 8 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain
Minimum of 5 years in governance or training roles
Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and training delivery
Skills in Microsoft Office and project documentation tools
