Position: Project Manager - Impact Windows
Qualified Candidate MUST have Project Manager experience specifically with windows and doors (NO roofing or construction).
Experience:
▪ 5+ years of project management experience with windows and doors
▪ Residential window installation experience
Required Skills:
▪ Detail-oriented with solid multi-tasking abilities
▪ Exceptional communication skills; comfortable handling concerns with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors
▪ Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
Responsibilities:
▪ Manage and resolve issues involving homeowners, installers, and subcontractors
▪ Conduct on-site punch list walkthroughs for each window installation project
▪ Order window materials and ensure timely delivery
▪ Schedule installations with installers,



subcontractors, and homeowners
▪ Handle issues related to homeowners, installations, installers, and subcontractors
