Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the supply distribution for BASC programs
Communicate effectively with BASC team leads
Conduct site visits to uphold program standards
Provide operational support during staffing shortages
Offer guidance on child supervision practices

Requirements:
4+ years' experience with school-aged children
Robust grasp of age-appropriate programming
Ability to communicate YMCA policies effectively
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Early Childhood Education certification is an asset
