The position may be based at our Saint-Hyacinthe plant or at our downtown Montral office.
Your role As a Supply Planner, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for developing and executing inventory strategies that balance customer demand, production capacity and supply chain efficiency.
You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure product availability while minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
What you will accomplish daily: Develop inventory plans based on demand forecasts, actual orders and network data Collaborate with production,
demand planning and commercial teams to align supply with business strategy Maintain capacity and production schedules to meet service and cost objectives Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory levels, service rates and supplier performance Analyze root causes and lead improvement initiatives Adjust supply chain parameters (e.g., safety stock, lead times) based on evolving realities Participate in weekly supply reviews, flag risks and recommend mitigation strategies Conduct planning scenarios and develop contingency strategies to ensure continuity Contribute to our evolution from S&OP; to Integrated Business Planning (IBP), enabling endtoend visibility and strategic decisionmaking What you need to join our team: AEC, DEC or bachelors degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business administration or a related field 5 years of experience in supply planning, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage risks and achieve key performance indicators Experience in manufacturing and distribution, ideally within the CPG sector Bilingualism (daily interaction with teams across Canada) Want to be part of a company that has both flavour and purpose?
