This role reports to the Director of Finance and requires 3 to 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting. You will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and strengthen financial controls within a quick-growing fintech company. Collaborate closely with leadership teams to monitor performance and identify operational opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes - Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations - Analyze financial performance and support budgeting processes - Maintain compliance with financial policies and IFRS standards - Identify process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
Requirements: - 3 - 5+ years in finance, accounting, or analysis - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business - CPA designation acquired or nearing completion - Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling - Robust analytical skills with attention to detail
