Join Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada as a full time Program Coordinator for the Men’s Recovery Program in Winnipeg. This role is dedicated to guiding clients through their recovery with compassionate accountability and faith-based principles.

In this position, you'll oversee personalized recovery plans while supporting clients’ spiritual, emotional, and personal growth. Engage directly with individuals in their transformative journey, monitor their progress, and promote healthy relationships in a Christ-centered setting. Your leadership will help shape their path to healing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage customized recovery plans
• Encourage spiritual and emotional growth among clients




• Lead support groups and educational sessions
• Communicate regularly with client families
• Track and report client progress accurately

Requirements:
• High school diploma or higher
• Background in addiction recovery or ministry is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capacity to maintain a calm demeanor under stress
• Must obtain a explicit Vulnerable Sector Clearance

Lead transformative change and provide valuable support in clients' recovery journeys.
