This role involves assisting in meal preparation and responding to resident and family member inquiries. You will engage in catering services and maintain cleanliness in serving areas while communicating with professionalism. Your contributions directly impact the comfort and satisfaction of residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in food preparation for residents' meals
• Ensure each meal meets quality and safety standards
• Respond adequately to concerns from residents or families
• Support catering events through setup and serving
• Maintain qualified interactions with visitors and volunteers

Requirements:
• Previous food service experience in a similar setting
• Secondary school education or equivalent
• Preferred: Food Secure Level 1 and other certifications
• Robust communication skills in English
• Empathy for seniors and ability to work efficiently
