Become part of Barb's front-end team as a Front Counter Staff member beginning in mid-August. Engage with customers while managing orders, cash registers, and beverage preparation.

This part time, permanent role requires someone ready to work three to five days a week, primarily early mornings starting at 6:00 a.m. Ideal candidates will be committed to the position through winter into spring. Even if you’re new to the role, training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately take and manage customer orders
• Utilize cash registers and point of sale equipment
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages
• Clean and sanitize workstations effectively
• Organize and rotate inventory on display

Requirements:
• Must be available Monday through Friday, early mornings crucial
• Permanent commitment preferred for winter and spring
• Barista skills are a plus, training available
• Open to learning with robust customer service focus
• Fast learner, able to keep up in a busy setting
