OPENLANE seeks a Senior Director, Sales – Western to drive revenue and market share across British Columbia. You will lead a ~30-person sales team, shape regional strategy, and collaborate with Territory Managers and Operations to accelerate growth.

You will travel extensively (approx. 80%) to engage dealers and partners, align pricing, and own regional growth, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking with a results-driven mindset.
