About the Client: An established and leading investment firm based in the heart of the West End! They are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support their Investor Relations team.
About the Executive Assistant role: This is an exciting chance to support a fast-paced Investor Relations team! The Executive Assistant will support senior Investor Relations leaders and help coordinate investor engagement activities globally. This role requires strong diary management, roadshow coordination, event support and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Manage complex calendars, meetings and travel across multiple time zones.
Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows and conference schedules across Europe and the US.
Liaise with investors, advisors and internal stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
Prepare meeting materials,
itineraries and logistical arrangements.
Work closely with the Events team to support investor events, conferences and local client functions.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Candidate Specification: Strong EA experience supporting senior executives in a rapid-paced environment
Experience in a financial services environment is essential; previous experience supporting IR teams is preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple priorities
Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
