Responsibilities
7+ years of relevant experience
Prior experience in a Canadian bank
Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
Collaborate with relationship managers, product owners, compliance, and IT teams
Experience working with development teams through SDLC or Agile methodologies
Write transparent, testable user stories and manage product backlogs in tools like JIRA
Strong communication skills, able to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a related field
Canadian bank experience required
Robust requirement elicitation and documentation skills
Experience in Agile/Scrum and SDLC
Proficiency in JIRA or similar product backlog tools
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
