Working under the Foreman, you will be charged with executing work orders and employing a preventive maintenance strategy for housing units. Emergency response duties during off-hours will be part of your responsibilities, emphasizing the importance of reliability and skills in this role. Candidates should have a Northern Maintenance diploma or equivalent along with two years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete repairs in housing units across multiple fields
• Follow preventive maintenance plans effectively




• Be available for emergency callbacks during non-work hours
• Execute assigned work orders promptly
• Ensure quality workmanship in all tasks performed

Requirements:
• Northern Maintenance diploma or relevant equivalent experience
• Two years’ experience in at least two maintenance areas
• Fluency in two of the regional languages
• A valid driver’s license or commitment to obtain one
• Must be reliable and punctual
