In this position, you will work from 11pm to 7am, ensuring residents receive attentive and personalized care. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents overnight
• Administer medications in line with physician orders
• Conduct thorough assessments and care planning
• Guide and train unregulated care workers effectively

Requirements:
• Current RPN registration in Ontario
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification
• At least one year of experience in geriatric nursing
• Current Medication Administration Certificate
