Vista Radio, a leading commercial radio broadcaster in Canada, is hiring a full time Accounts Payable Clerk. In this role, you will oversee vendor invoices, maintain accurate records, and support a variety of financial tasks. Your attention to detail and processes will be key in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enter vendor invoices into the ERP system accurately
• Support audit readiness with maintained payment documentation
• Provide administrative assistance across the Finance department




• Process transactions and assist with account reconciliations
• Monitor shared Finance inboxes and respond to inquiries

Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in accounts payable or related finance role
• Knowledge of accounting software; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
