This role requires you to assist our dedicated team of Lawyers and Paralegals at Preszler Injury Lawyers. As a Legal Support Assistant, you will manage the drafting of legal documents, ensure accurate court filings, and maintain essential client correspondence. Key Responsibilities:
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, and legal documents
• Maintain a lawyer's calendar and file management
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
• Utilize Actionstep for task management
• Liaise with the Accident Advantages Department
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant required
• Familiarity with Personal Injury law is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Actionstep and MedChart is an asset
• Solid attention to detail with excellent organization skills
