Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will leverage 5-7 years of progressive HR experience to manage complex employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as lead resource for complex employee relations matters • Manage employee complaints, conduct issues,



and performance concerns • Conduct workplace investigations and recommend actions • Guide managers on performance management best practices • Support recruitment and onboarding processes across the organization

Requirements: • Degree in Human Resources or related field • CPHR designation is an asset • 5-7 years of HR experience in complex organizations • Solid knowledge of Canada Labour Code and employment standards • Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence and satisfactory Criminal Record Check
